The gathering is a meeting for all stakeholders of the organization that happens in the last week of November annually. The gathering is basically for self-reflection on the achievements of the organization throughout the year and collecting suggestions, ideas and dreams of the members to lay a basis for the service delivery in the following year. The gathering helps the organization to know its weakness, strength and areas of improvement.
Entrepreneurs’ Annual Convention (EAC)
EAC is an annual event organized to showcase new products on market, share business ideas among entrepreneurs from different parts of the world and facilitate flow of technology amongst entrepreneurs under UCCEC. The convention is a five-day event organized in different countries every year in a rotational manner, giving members of UCCEC opportunity to learn entrepreneurial skills from prominent business persons in different countries. The planned suitable time for the event is last week of October. The convention is planned to have a trade show in order to enable UCCEC members to showcase their products, conferences to facilitate information sharing, forums for high level business discussions and summits targeting specific entrepreneurial topics. This wide variety of activities shall ensure that each member of UCCEC gains something at the end of the convention. EAC is an events designed to bring together professionals and industry experts to share knowledge, network, and explore business opportunities.

Expectations from the EAC event.
Gathering of professionals: UCCEC shall organize a meeting or event where business professionals, entrepreneurs, or industry experts come together to share knowledge, network, and discuss relevant topics.
Networking opportunities: EAC shall provide a platform for attendees to connect with peers, potential partners, or clients, and build bilateral relationships that will foster business growth.
Knowledge sharing: EAC shall include presentations, keynote speeches, and discussions on industry trends, best practices, and innovative ideas thus allowing knowledge sharing amongst UCCEC members and the outside world.
